Happy 25th birthday, Elizabeth. Love, Dad

"The time has come, the Monkey says, to talk of many things". including my daughter Elizabeth's 25th birthday. Though I cannot be with you in person on your 25th birthday, know that I am thinking about you all-day on this special day. How are you doing? Do things that bring you joy, or that bring you slightly out of your comfort zone in the coming year. Lean into you discomfort since it is the best way to grow. Your grandmother in Rockland is thinking of you on this special day. If it is possible to extend you a cosmic embrace on the wings of the giant butterfly (that once transported Mickey to the Giant and also rescued Bernie the Monkey), let it happen now. Here is the incantation to make it happen: "Abracadabra, alec-ka-zam, make this father's loving embrace reach his daughter Eli as fast as you can... when I count to two. One, two, make her sense that she is loved by her Dad... now." That old incantation of your grandfather's never failed to turn red lights green, Elizabeth, so I invoke it now on your very special birthday to communicate to you just how much you are loved, thought about, on my heart and mind, and in my prayers and best wishes on this most special and wonderful day. Though time and space may divide and separate us, a father's love is immortal, immutable, vast and all-encompassing. Know this in your heart and have it light up and illuminate like a roman candle in your magnificent soul and mind at this moment. You are loved Elizabeth. That is all and for me, as your Dad, it is everything. All the best on your 25th birthday. Love Dad xxoo
